Quick answers before you reach out

Make sure Pageify has permission to view and send messages in the channel you're using. If it's still unresponsive, check Updates for any ongoing incidents, or ask in the support server.

Login uses your Discord account directly — try clearing cookies for pageify.gg and logging in again. If it still fails, email us with the server you're trying to access.

Pages sync instantly once published — check you clicked Publish and not just saved a draft. A hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) clears any cached version in your browser.
