This Privacy Policy explains what information Pageify collects when you use our Discord bot and dashboard at pageify.gg, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Pageify, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you log in with Discord, we receive basic profile information through Discord's OAuth service:

Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar
A list of the servers you have access to manage
Your role/permission level in those servers, so we know which ones you can create pages for

Page Content

Any content you create using the block editor — text, images, tables, links, and other blocks — is stored so your pages can be hosted and displayed. This content is visible to anyone with the page's link, since published pages are public by design.

Usage Data

We collect basic technical data such as page views, browser type, and general performance metrics to help us improve the dashboard and keep it fast and reliable.

How We Use Information

To let you log in and manage pages for servers you administer
To host and serve your published pages at their pageify.gg links
To keep linked Discord embeds in sync with your latest published edits
To diagnose bugs, monitor uptime, and improve dashboard performance
To communicate important updates about the service, if you've opted in

We do not sell your data, and we do not read the private content of your Discord servers beyond what's required to operate the bot and dashboard.

Data Storage & Security

Your account information and page content are stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest, but no online service can guarantee absolute security — please avoid storing sensitive personal information inside page content, since published pages are publicly accessible by anyone with the link.

Third-Party Services

Pageify relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

Discord — for authentication (OAuth login) and bot functionality
Hosting & infrastructure providers — to store data and serve published pages

These providers only receive the minimum data needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information and page content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual pages at any time using /deletepage or from the dashboard. If you'd like your entire account and associated data removed, contact us and we'll process the request within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

Pageify is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region), consistent with Discord's own terms of service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Pageify evolves — particularly as new features like custom domains, analytics, or team collaboration are introduced. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and significant updates may also be announced on our Updates page.
